This server is available for anonymous FTP from many locations on the net. I received my local copy on Portal. 2) Mark Shand's UNFSD: this is a user-level NFS server that works on the UNIX platform. It can be FTPed from uunet.uu.net. Please note that this is a read-only server. The source was originally posted on comp.sources.unix. 3) Der Mouse's MNFS server: this server is available from larry.mcrcim.mcgill.edu. This a kernel level implementation. The descriptions of this server was posted earlier in this newsgroup. 4) "a copyrighted (but free) NFS server is available for non-commercial use by contacting becker@trantor.harris-atd.com". Once again, thanks to all those who responsed to my question. Hank
