     I've got MacTCP, and was disappointed to find out how incomplete it is
compared to CITI-MacIP.  It's basically just got the lower-level calls.
     Has anybody implemented a Berkeley socket interface for MacTCP?  Would it
be hard to change the CITI socket code to use MacTCP?
