Are the MILSTD versions of the TCP/IP specs available online anywhere?
I tried a quick look around SRI-NIC.ARPA (aka NIC.DDN.MIL), but didn't
find anything.  (I have the DDN Protocol Handbook; I'm interested in
machine-readable copies.)
