When compiling Nethack3 with patchlevel 2 (and the extra patch given in rec.games.hack) I get the following cryptic message: cc -O -I../include -c dogmove.c "dogmove.c", line 366: compiler error: schain botch *** Exit 1 Since I see no mention of this on the net, I assume I have introduced a problem somehow. Would any C programmers be kind enough to help me fix this? I have done nothing to the code but apply the patches and follow the Install.unix instructions. Thanks, Ken ks4314@euclid.math.colostate.edu
