	I am looking for a command line parser, like get_opts on UNIX.

	The reason I am looking for public domain, is that I want

	something with the extra bells and whistles. I realize I could write

	it myself, but I am trying to save some time. I am running a PC

	clone with DOS 3.21.

	Any and All help and references greatly appreciated.
