Really good Adventure games, you might want to try Zork-Zero by InfoCom. This game is good in every respect. It has a good intro. Nice interface with a good parser. Everything works as advertised and the save game feature is easy to use. User definable keys for moving about or doing anything repetitive. The game play is challenging with a lot of riddles thrown in and even some graphic games. I found a card game in one of the rooms that is very complex looking with absolutely NO instructions :-) I Love a good challenge! There are many rooms and on your first visit you are greeted by an icon and a short description of that room. From then on you will only have to bear the Room name unless you tell the game you want Verbose Descriptions. Navigation is with either the KB or Mouse :-) If that doesn't sound good enough get this... The Da*n thing multitasks and even gives your machine back for another try. I launch it with Mymenu! Never crashed on me yet. Looking for a good game to play while your Downloading from your favorite BBS ? try this one.
