I've taken classes on programming (beginning, pascal), I use UN*X everyday, I've used many personal computer systems, I understand some of the various aspects of the CLI and the different shells, yet, despite my "semi-novice background", I still don't know how to move all of my old 1.2 files and programs to 1.3 disks. What's the easiest way to do this? Do I have to change startup sequences. Basically, I would have to have 1.3 workbench, ARP, preferences, and whatever program (i.e. Videoscape) on the same disk. Is there a simple way to do this. Don't tell me to get a hard drive! :-) -Evan _______________________________________________________________________________ | Evan Jay Mitchell EECS/ERL Industrial Liaison Program | | mitchell@janus.berkeley.edu University of California at Berkeley | | Phone: (415) 643-6687 | | "Think, it ain't illegal...yet!" - George Clinton | |_____________________________________________________________________________|
