I have need of a peice of software that is beyond my meager abilities
to produce. I would be willing to pay someone to code the program for
me on a lump-sum basis, prices are negotiable. I have no intention of
marketing/distributing said software, so any such efforts would remain
in the hands of the author.

The person who writes this program will need a knowledge of;

o  Telecommunications programming
o  IFF sound manipulation
o  CompuServe commands

I have no preference as to the language it is written in.
