Yes, it does. In VT100 mode you'll have space left for other programs to multitask. In Tek 4014 interlace you should have enough space if you don't run other programs in the background. If that is a problem you can try and run with Tek non-interlace, 1-bitplane, which will consume the least video memory for the tek custom screen.
