Today UPS in Santa Cruz admitted they lost the second hard disk. I still have no specific complaints about the dealer. They are planning to send me a 3rd hard disk now. Local dealers are USUALY more reliable, but in my case, there is no local dealer that could have supplied a drive of this size. And even if they had, it would have cost two times as much.
