What appears to be the "official" release of Workbench 1.3.2 was 
posted on Genie by Andy Finkel recently, and is starting to show up on
local BBSs.  Two ZOO files, totalling about 117K.

I haven't downloaded it yet, and no, I don't know where it can be FTP'd.
