Co. - Advanced Technology Lab - St. Louis Lines: 18 I thought that I read some time ago that X windows has been ported to the Amiga. I was wondering if someone could varify this? If this has been done, and someone has tried it what is it like (speed wise). Was the implementation just a X server or both? It seems that if this has been done then it would do very well as an X terminal. Better so, than the stand alone X terminals, because of the expandability at around the same price. I understand that the Amiga by it self is a decent machine, I would like to see it make it into the business world, at least as a expandable X terminal (dare I say workstation). Has this been a thought? Gregg Jensen ---------------------------------------------------------------------- These opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect my companies.
