I am trying to compile DNET 2.0 on our SYS V unix machine (it has sockets)

Basically while compiling it has trouble with the following include files
(can't find them)

socket.h (I found this in another directory than it was looking for it)
time.h   (ditto)

wait.h
resource.h

These last two I don't have. can someone tell me what they do, how I can
eliminate them, or where I can get a copy of them. I assume they must be some
standard type include file on BSD. If I get a copy of them will they work on
SYS V? Maybe they aren't needed? Maybe there is a substitute on SYS V?
