Davis - Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Lines: 15 A few months ago, I posted a message describing my 40meg Rodime hard drive. It whined like a banshee whenever it heated up. Well, I finally found the solution. I took off the case on my Amiga 2500, got a large fan, and pointed the fan toward the Rodime. So that keeps the temperature down, and it doesn't whine anymore. I was a little upset about the arrangement, since I now have no room on the desk for anything (Had to get a makeshift second desk for the keyboard), and also, my COMMODORE external floppy won't fit anywhere, and with the cord on it being so generously long, well, you get the picture. A pretty sad setup I have, but I'm just glad it works. Thanks for those of you who gave me advice, if anyone has any comments or suggestions for improving my setup, please let know.
