At $28/year, I would assume you signed up for three issues... looks like he he paid you for the issue you didn't get. I'd say that was probably fair, although the line you quote is misleading. The check was drawn from Tom Weishaar's >account and signed by Sally Dwyer(names you'll recognize from the back). Is that good or bad?
