My children just acquired an Apple ][+ from their grandfather.  

I am interested in getting my hands on the following:

	- a list of BBS systems for Apple software (preferably in the NE).
	- a serial card to interface to an external 1200 baud modem.
	- a VT100 terminal emulator.
	- recommendations for a good book describing the Apple ][+.
	- recommendations for a good C compiler.
