I've never seen the A2 "full refund" guarantee, but I have seen that they wil will give you a full refund on the unused portion of your subscription. I don't see your point. You expect to get a free ride or what? I su take both the paper and disk subscriptions and am very satisfied. By continuing your argument, what if all their current subscribers ca cancelled after 11 months? You really think A2 could refund the money that was already put into printing and mailing?
