I have an Avatex 1200 which got a zap from lightning. I called the company and they told me to send the modem in with $25 and they replaced it. I got it back in about two weeks (10 working days). The only thing I don't like about it is that it does not like to be initialized, and some programs want to initialize it. For some programs I have to tell them to go online, and then ATDT number. But we live and learn... Oh and by the way it only ran me $95 for the modem and a $15 cable. Robert BITNET:RXBROWN@UALR ALPE:ROBPHD I.B.M = I've been mugged! Amiga? Just say no!
