Yes, all the ADB keyboards Apple sells work with the GS (3rd-party ADB keyboards generally work with the GS too, but I recall vaguely there is an exception...so try before you buy). The extra keys on the Apple Extended Keyboard show up as lowercase letters on the "keypad", as far as Apple IIgs software is concerned. Most software doesn't do anything special with those keys, but Macro programs may be able to remap them into useful things for you.
