What are users tools sets and how does that help me with a third party

Speaking of which, does anyone have an updated address and or phone number 
for First Byte the developers of Speller Bee and Math Talk?  I wrote to 
them back in June to the address on their manuals and the mail was 
returned....moved and no forwarding address.
