While I'll wait with any statement about these machines being released on Aug 25 (let's see if they're really released at the Duesseldorf Atari fair), here's my info on these Atari Unix boxes: Supposedly on the Atari fair in Dueseldorf the Atari TT will be released, which is a 68030-based box with 3 VME slots and runniong a TOS 1.4 variant. Optionally you can get a UNIX derivative for this machine, but don't ask me which kind of UNIX. Either also on the Atari fair OR later (if ever :-)), a machine called Atari TTX is supposed to come out. This machine will have 5 VME slots and be delivered with the above-mentioned UNIX-derivative as standard OS. It probably still can run the TOS 1.4. Anybody care to comment?
