I think you have your window systems mixed up :-) There isn't a Un*x side to the X-Windows program since X-Windows isn't a single program, but a collection of "clients" that are hardware-independent and a graphics "server" that is hardware dependent. "Unix Windows" on the other hand, consists of a Un*x part and a ST part.
