It seems to be available on fileserv@irlearn.bitnet, a mac server.
(Don't forget uw is originally a Macintosh thing). Send a message
with 'help' to fileserv@irlearn.bitnet. By the way, last time I was
on bitnet, irlearn had a twin brother on PUCC.bitnet on the other
side of the pond.
