We have been loaned a DECstation 3100 by DEC and are somewhat disturbed by
the quality of the display, in particular, when the machine is anything like
busy ( a `find / ' will do it) we get black intermittant lines jumping about
the screen.

It looks like the screen refresh is not transparent.

Has anyone else noticed this? It looks like it could get very annoying after
a while.
