Can anyone comment on 386 systems based on DTK motherboards?

The system I am considering is a no-name 20Mhz 386 clone.
From what the dealer described to me, it takes 1MB on board, and
additional 32bit memory (up to 16M) goes on an additional board.

I am planning to run some version of UNIX on this system.
