I have to perform a cost-justification study for my employer. We are 
considering implementing CASE software running on a network of HP
Vectra ES/12 personal computers. 
  
Could someone recommend a good text on CASE ? Not neccesarily the theory
behind it, but rather something that would demonstrate typical productivity
gains from it's use ? My problem is that I have to quantify it in order to
show some numbers to management. 
 
Any recommendations as to software, and where I might obtain more information
on it (from a vendor, perhaps) is desirable. Unix or DOS environment.
