Keywords: EMM NEAT memory Message-ID: <1529@dukeac.UUCP> Date: 22 Aug 89 01:14:53 GMT Distribution: na Organization: Academic Computing, Duke University, Durham, NC Lines: 16 I have a 386SX motherboard from FTK with 2Meg of memory. The board has the NEAT chip set and came with a program SET386SX.COM and some files EMM.1M, EMM.3M, 256KRAM.1M, 1MRAM.2M, etc. and EMM.SYS. When I run the SET386SX.COM program, I can load the EMM.1M or another file. However, when I reboot, the EMM.SYS driver program with -D (diagnostics) reports that EMM not installed. The manual and company offer no advice. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get the EMM memory installed? I have DEVICE=EMM.SYS in my CONFIG.SYS file. Thanks in advance. Ken Green -- Kendall B.
