According to some resources, I will be unable to purchase a BIOS from
IBM directly (they would like me to buy a whole new motherboard).  Right
now I have a XT-GEN disk controller with a 20MB hard drive that I want
to put in a IBM PC that had two floppies.  The BIOS date is 10-19-81,
and it's too old.  I need a BIOS at least 10-27-82, but don't know
where I can get one.

Please call me VOICE if you have one or can get me one to buy.  Or
