Both of these have something like 1224 cylinders so I can't use the entire drive for Xenix. (If there is a work around for this, someone please e-mail the solution) This doesn't really handicap me as I set up a 32MB DOS partition at the end of drive and boot off floppy for DOS. I can then see that area using the HARDRIVE.SYS driver that comes with SpeedStor. Overall these seem to be good drives, but they don't have the performance of a SCSI drive..... I'd suggest you price SCSI or ESDI drives and compare performance/$ between the two. John H.
