They will not work in the IBM PC AT 3Meg card; However, they do work for the PS/2 Model 60,70, and 80 2Meg cards. I don't know about the Mod50 or not. I installed them in a Mod60 Microchannel card recently, so I know they work there. The numbers on the chips are 65X5765ESD IBM-14 PQ D - 18640026DB.
