After explaining about cmd-shft-3/4, I decided to check it out on my mac II. Knowing that I had to be in 2 bit monitor, I went to the monitors cdev, and selected 2. At that point, the screen went fuzzy like you see when your tv is tuned to a channel that doesn't exist...kinda scared me. Anyway, I rebooted, and tried it again, and sure enough, it did it again. It works fine under the normal finder, but not multifinder (6.1b7). I only had one application running. Now did I do a no-no, or is maybe something amiss here? system 6.02, finder 6.1, a slew of inits (none to manipulate the screen, however), 5Megs RAM, multifinder active. ******************************************************************************* * Greg Ford GEnie: G.FORD3 * * University of Southern California Internet: gford%nunki.usc.edu@usc.edu * *******************************************************************************
