Let's see, it's been a while but I think you do something like this:

	1) Select the downloaded .sit file from some open option from the FILE
		menu.
	2) You can then select the button off the bottom of the window that
		un-stuffs.
It's pretty straight forward, but I might be using a more recient
version (1.5.1)
