I am using the Laserwriter driver from Apple's color disk which is
Version 6.0. It defaults to "Color/Grayscale" instead of "Black &
White". This is a much slower print task. Has anyone patched the
driver so "Black & White" is the default?

I will post the results (or patch) if I get enough requests.
