Not sure.  Barring any space limitations (the card is about 2"x4" and sits
about 1/2" higher than the 020), or hardware conflicts with the Hypercharger,
I don't see why it wouldn't.  The INIT may check to see if the machine is
a Mac II......  Anybody from Dove out there that could give us a real answer?
