This unit appears to be vaporware. ComputerWare (California Av, Palo Alto) had an ad in their window for this unit, but when I asked about the price, they were unable to find it in their records. They have since removed the ad from their window. Calling PLI (800-288-8754) connects to a voicemail system which offers a number of extensions you can dial. Trying "sales" connects to a line which rings forever. Trying "technical support" connects to a music-on-hold system (one of the San Jose radio stations). Trying operator gets a person who asks what state and city you are calling from, then transfers you to an extension which ring then connects you to an answering-machine program.
