I ordered my upgrade on 8/2 and called customer service a week ago and was told that they couldn't find my upgrade order in their database. I called them back the next day to double check before issuing a stop-payment and found out from different customer service rep that the only orders in the database were FILLED orders and there was a large stack of yet-to-be-entered orders. She found my order in that stack and said it would be entered and filled the next day (that was a week ago). I called today and was told that it shipped yesterday. Grumble, grumble. I am especially annoyed that the upgrade letter did not mention that you could upgrade at Macworld. Marsh Gosnell
