I called, told them I was thinking of demoing Think C 4.0 at the next MUG, and
paid for second day air ($2.50 extra), and received it in less than a week. 
That seemed a bit slow to me, but I am used to next day from MacConnection and
two days from Direct Micro.  After hearing other people, I think I am lucky now.
