   For those on directly-connected ARPANet/MilNet sites, NIC.DDN.MIL supports 
   the net-standard "ANONYMOUS" login within FTP, using any password.

   For those without FTP access, there is a netmail file-request server on 
   NIC.DDN.MIL.  To request the file, send a message to SERVICE@NIC.DDN.MIL 
   with "NETINFO INTEREST-GROUPS.TXT" in the Subject: line.  The server will 
   automatically split the large file into pieces small enough to mail back to
   you.  For more details about the server's capabilities, send a message to 
   SERVICE@NIC.DDN.MIL with "Help" in the Subject: line.
