An attempt was made to upgrade from 8 meg to 12 meg, but with the 12 meg installed, the system never booted, in fact, the startup screen never appeared, though the front panel led did blink, however, when an additional 4 meg was added, making 16 meg, all worked fine. This was still using the 4 meg for the first upgrade. Everything worked fine with 16 meg, so all memory and sockets would appear to be okay. Any clues? Is this a bug or a feature? Dick Mead
