I have tried several cable suppliers without any luck. In the meantime, I built a 50 pin ribbon cable with 2 standard 50 pin connectors. One end of the cable goes into the SCSI disk and the other one goes into one of the 2 connectors on the system board for the 2 built-in drives (the machine is diskless, so nothing is attached to these connectors).
