Pretty sure they're 80ns SIMMs (vs 100 ns SIMMs which supposedly will still work on SPARCSTATIONS or 3/80's, just 20 ns slower.) Check with other dealers like Parity, Helios, Solflower, etc (sorry if I missed any).
