I recently purchased Broderbund's "The Print Shop" software. I can not get the correct printer settings to work. I have called the technical support, but they said they don't support it. However, they said try the factory settings and select the "Centronics" printer. That does not work worth beans. I have try numerous combinations of dip switchs and software selections.
