I have a Tandy 1000A computer connected to a Star NX-1000, multi-font
printer.  I recently purchased Broderbund's "The Print Shop" software.
I can not get the correct printer settings to work.  I have called the 
technical support, but they said they don't support it.  However,
they said try the factory settings and select the "Centronics" printer.
That does not work worth beans.  I have try numerous combinations of
dip switchs and software selections.  I am pretty really sure that the 
software will work with this printer.  

Does anyone have any constructive suggestions?
