It looks like my last request was jumbled by postnews. I apologize.
Never the less I received 2 responses. And the survey says:

1) Not more than $100 for plain vt100
   As much as $200 if enhanced with graphics
   (recommends newer low end terminals)
2) $100 to $150 depending on delivery time
