I have a wyse 60 terminal.

I am trying to set up the ShiftF11 - ShiftF16  function keys.

Below is an example of my script that I use to set up the keys.  ^[ is Escape.

I am able to set up all other function keys except these.  I think I'm 
doing the commands correct according to the manual.   Any help would be
helpfull.

# setup VT 100 mode

set term=VT100

# F11 Shifted
echo -n "^[[>q'ShF11.'"

# F12 Shifted
echo -n "^[[>r'ShF12.'"

# F13 Shifted
echo -n "^[[>s'ShF13.'"

# F15 Shifted

# F16 Shifted
