	I obtained bibtex.web from sun.soe.clarkson.edu.   tangle
produced a bibtex.p file with no trouble.   web2c (obtained from
labrea.stanford.edu) fails on bibtex.p.   (However, I am new to the use
of web2c so I am not sure I know how to use it.  I haven't been
able to find any instructions for web2c with the distribution.)  Our Pascal
compilers under Sun OS 4.0.3 on a Sun3  and 3.5 on a Sun2 cannot
compile the file bibtex.p.    Can anyone make any suggestions about
where I might have gone wrong?
