Many thanks to all who replied to my inquiry for something to delete
files ("file killer"), even the two flames for not "RTFM," for
reminding me that I forgot to mention that "TINFM!" with the system for
their version of UNIX, at least, only their testing language.

I have passed them all on to my friend and he returns his thanks for
helping with the problem.
