One of your Towers is a 32/200...what is the other one? I just recently had an NCR engineer tell me that I had a mis-made cable...seems that one of our Tower's terminals are DCE and the other's are DTE....but the cable needs to be made according the the Site Configuration (or something like that) Manual. Some pins need to be tied together...apparently we have the wrong pins tied, and when cu tries to set the signals, the other end thought that there was a hangup....'lost line'.
