Through the X11R3 distribution, I've got all kinds of font converters --
bdf->vfont vfont->bdf mac->bdf.

What I really need, however, is a converter to go FROM bdf (or snf)
to a mac font (raw data would be okay)?

Has anyone ever seen such a beast?  I couldn't find anything on any of
the ftp lists or on the X11 release tape.
