the hp widget set has something called a row column manager which
seems to do the job it claims to do.  In a lot of cases I would
really like to have a column row manager.  Has anyone made the
changes that would be needed to permute the rc manager in that
direction.  Did I miss something, Is there a way to get that
behavior from the rc manager that I missed.

Any info would appreciated
