Hi,

Recentily, I wrote a reply to OPEN-LOOK question. In that reply, I meant
to put down OPEN-LOOKS documentation and only OPEN-LOOKS documenation. I
inardvertentily also put down OPEN-LOOK techinical support. 

I apologize for that. I have got nothing but good things to say about
thier techincal support. I want to thank them for all thier hope.
